This website is operated by LAYATO LLC ("Solaya", "we", "us" or "our"). By visiting getsolaya.com (the "Site") or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept them.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, we may refuse or cancel any order placed for that product, even after it has been confirmed. If your payment has already been charged, we will refund you in full.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete, and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that show signs of fraud.

All orders are one-time purchases. We do not enroll you in any subscription or recurring billing. You will never be charged again unless you place a new order.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Delivery times shown on the Site are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the carrier. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.

If you submit a review, photo, comment or other content, you confirm that it reflects your honest experience, that you own the rights to it, and that it does not violate anyone's rights or any law. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce and display that content in connection with Solaya. We will only use your photo or full name with your permission. We may remove any content at our discretion.
